
2025 Spring Junior Programs: APRIL 23th - June 1st
6 week session offered on weekdays and weekends. Group classes and individual sessions can be arranged if the group classes do not fit your schedule.
CCRA Junior programs will offer creative tennis and pickleball agenda that will provide students with a better understanding of these sports and the opportunity to enjoy their time on the courts. Clinics will be targeted to work on the fundamentals and will include skill building, ball hitting and coordination. Pickleball will also be added into the agenda. If prefer to arrange your own group or register for private or semi-private, such requests will be accommodated as best as possible to meet your schedules. Weekday clinics will have 2 courts, 2 instructors to accommodate both age groups at the same time.
Wimpleton: (ages 4-7): Thursdays 4:30-5:30pm Sundays 12:30-1:30pm
Future Stars: (ages 8-11): Mondays 4:00-5:00pm Thursdays 4:30 - 5:30pm Sundays 12:30-1:30pm
Teen Program: (ages 12 - 16): Sundays 1:30-2:30pm

Students are required to have their own rackets and new ones can be purchased. Loaners are available for first class to choose correct size, weight, etc.

Players will be grouped by age and level as best as possible based on those registered.

If the above times to not fit your schedules, form your own group based on day/time that suit your schedules and every effort will be made to accommodate your group.

Refund/make-up policy: There is NO refund, credit, or make-up for missed, late or withdrawal of classes. With advanced notice, missed classes may be made up by attending a similar class within the spring session space permitting, but no guarantee.

In inclement weather, participants will be notified only if the class is cancelled. Rain make-up date will be moved forward one week to the seventh week.

24-hour cancellation policy applies to per class sign-up and private and group lessons. A canceled appointment without adequate notice is a scheduled lesson time an interested client and instructor could have occupied during this time with advanced notice.

2025 SUMMER JUNIOR RACKET AND ACTIVITIES PROGRAMS:
Group programs begin week of June 16th and continue until August 30th. First time this summer wewill be offering a full day CCRA Campers program for ages 4 – 7 adding afternoon swim and otheractivities following morning racket court activities. Partial CCRA members receive the member ratefor all programs.
Groups can be accommodated before June 16th and after August 30th if requested with a minimum number. All programs will be targeted to work on the fundamentals and will include skill building, ball hitting and coordination. Pickleball will also be added into the itinerary. Creative programming will be
added to make enjoyable experience for all ages, levels, and interests!

Additional Information:
• Students will be grouped accordingly by age and level. Weekly and session rates are based on minimum 4 students. Class can still be held with less than 4 players at a slightly higher rate.
• In the event of rain, participants will be notified only if the class is cancelled, and make-up will be the fourth week.
• Students are required to have their own rackets and new ones can be purchased. Loaners are available for first class to choose correct size, weight, etc.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
• Ages 7 – 15 years
• Full week registrants have registration priority. Four day rate same cost as weekly rate.
• 12:30-2:00 lunch and swim time students on their own. Supervision can be offered 12:30-2:00pm for an additional cost of $10.00/day. CCRA requires supervision for those under the age of 8.
• Half day participants who use the pool before or after academy hours must pay daily guest fee at pool desk.
• Participants will be grouped on court based on age and level of experience if numbers allow.
• Players with no previous tennis experience are advised to arrange for a private lesson prior to participating in group class to learn general knowledge of strokes.
• Students are required to have their own rackets and can be purchased at courts. Loaners are available for first class to try correct size.
• Minimum and maximum per session.
• Full payment required with registration form and signed liability prior to or on first day of session. Early registration recommended to secure space with $100.00 deposit.
• Refund/Make-up Policy for Weekly registrants: If cancel within 5 days of reserved week, there is no refund, credit, or make-up for withdrawal of class. Instructors have been arranged at least one week in advance of each session. If cancel more than 5 days in advance, every effort will be made
to offer you a different week during the summer session. Make-up cannot be applied to fall or 2026.
• Refund/Make-up Policy for Daily registrants: 48-hour cancellation policy to give notice of available spot for those on possible waitlist for that day. If cancel within 48 hours, still required to pay for reserved spot. IF a sub is found for your reserved spot, every effort will be made to find a make-up class during the summer session. Cannot be carried over to the fall session or 2025.
• Lunch is not provided. Café menu will be available, or students can bring own lunch and eaten at picnic tables adjacent to courts.
• Non-members may participate space permitting in tennis programs.
• In the event of rain, class will still be held whenever possible and alternate activities at the courts will be organized. If conditions do not permit, additional time will be added on days in that same week (1/2 hour or one hour). If more than five hours of rain occur in one-week, additional make-
ups will be offered later in the summer. No refunds or credit will be given to those unable to attend rain make-ups that are offered during the summer season.
• Daily schedule: Half Day and/or Full Day: 10:30-12:30pm/ 2:00-4:00pm. Players grouped accordingly on the courts and various drills used and adjusted to improve students' tennis skills. Pickleball will also be added into the schedule.
12:30-2:00pm: Lunch and Swim. Students must follow rules and regulations of CCRA regarding
behavior, use of the pool, café, etc.
CCRA CAMPERS: Ages 4-7 years Weekdays 10:30-4:00pm June 9th – August 29th
Introducing new for the 2025 summer season, a full day program for ages starting at 5 years to add on afternoon swim and other so families can have these younger students enjoy a full day at CCRA. Staff will supervise students during lunch and swim time following the morning tennis and pickleball program and organize additional ball, swim and board games.

Minimum 3 juniors required to offer "camper" program at these rates. Less than 3, still offered at a higher rate.
• Lunch is not provided and can be purchased at Café or picnic lunch can be eater at picnic tables
